Sembark surfaces your past work so you can quote in seconds instead of rebuilding from scratch. ## Quote Suggestions During quote creation, the system suggests matching quotes from your **past personalized quotes** for the destination and duration. Each suggestion shows: - Basic trip details and an expandable **itinerary summary** - Hotel options, with a price bifurcation tooltip on hover Pick a suggestion to start from it and adjust services, hotels and prices for the new customer. When searching within suggestions, the default day restriction is removed so you can search across all quotes of the destination. :::note Disabled hotels, transport services and activities are excluded from suggested quotes, so you never reuse stale data. ::: ## Reuse an Existing Quote From any quote's details, use **Create New Quote using these Services** — a new quote opens with all services pre-filled for editing. edited after conversion, [bookings stay in sync](https://sembark.com/travel-software/docs/hotel-booking-changes.md#sync-with-quote-changes) — pending bookings auto-update while supplier-assigned ones
