# Proforma Invoice Templates and Quote PDF Banners

This release adds Proforma Invoice Template customization, including titles, default Terms and optionaly removal of HSN codes customization. The Duration formatting in Quote Transport and Trip Operational Bookings is now clearer and more consistent. Admins can also customize headers and footers banners visibility in Quote PDFs.

## 1. Proforma Invoice Customisation Template

We've introduced new capabilities for Admins on the Template page, a Proforma Invoice section has been introduced which includes customization for Terms & Conditions, ability to change the title, and hide places of supply and HSN Code.

Steps:

Profile icon > Organisation > Templates > Invoice PDF/Email

## 2. Customisation of Headers & Footers in PDF

This enhancement enables you to customize headers and footers in quote PDFs. you can apply settings to quote or set them as global defaults, replacing the current fixed template.

Steps:

  Profile icon > Organisation > Templates > Invoice PDF/Email 

## 3. Voucher download in Word

We have added option for downloading vouchers in an editable Word (.doc) format alongside PDF. A button is added near the PDF option to download voucher (Trip & Hotel Voucher) in word.

## 4. Other Improvements

* Improved Duration formatting in Operational Services (Quote Transport/Activities, Trip Operational Bookings). The duration will now be shown as `x hrs y mins z secs`instead of showing minutes in Quote Email/PDF and Vouchers.
* Previously, manually updated activity prices in a quote would remain unchanged despite activity modifications, but now they update automatically when the activity is modified.
* Quote PDF page issue fixed: content now breaks onto the next page when too many quote options are present (In case of large remarks with per person).
* Phone numbers with showing zeros are now saved correctly(In case of Italy), and numbers for Vatican City (VA) now render properly in the input box.
* Fixed: Resolved parentheses issue of cab name in email, If the Transport section variant is in plain text.
