We’ve added a New Hotel Activity Log tab, Auto-set check-in/out times for hotel creation based on Destination, and the ability to download Word files of Trip Holding documents. Additionally, the Security Page under Profile Settings has been redesigned for a cleaner experience. Lets dive into more details. ## 1. More Advanced Filters and Bulk Disable of Transport Services This release introduces bulk disabling of Transport Services. Data Operators and Admins can now easily bulk disable Transport Services to cleanup the data and better control the services and itineraries shared with clients. Transport Service Closing Day and Date Intervals We have also added a closing time feature in the sheet along with the start time. Both start time and closing time will appear in the sheet in the below format. ⚠️ Warning: If the service is closed on the mentioned days/dates, the package will not be saved. Hotel Activity Log Tab We have added a new tab (Activities) to track activities on the Hotel's details page. Operational services download for a day When downloading operational services for a particular day, if multiple services are available for a trip, the first row’s data was coming complete, but the other rows for the same trip had the common trip data excluded, so they were empty. Now, the common trip data for the services will be repeated in each row for that trip and you can also download services for the trip only. ## 5. Redesigned Security Setting Page  We have updated the Security Settings page under your Profile Settings with an improved user interface for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.  We would like to highlight the importance of security to your accounts and request you to please set up Two Factor Authentication and Password-Less login for your daily used devices. ![](https://sembark.com/assets/images/uploads/release-notes-1-159-security-page.jpg "Security setting page") Steps: My Profile Icon > Password and Authentication ## 6. Other Improvements - Fixed spacing issues in PDFs when the header/footer banner images are added but hidden in the template settings.  - In quotes, days now display as "Mon, Tue" along with Day 1, Day 2. - Improved layout for the price section and remarks in Quote PDFs. - Added contact number priority setting for supplier contacts of Operational services - this ensures the preferred number appears in the Trip Voucher which was selected during the bookings. - A City/State column has been added to all sections of the Trips Report Excel sheet to display destination details.(Including New Query, In Progress, Converted, etc.) - Added a Ref ID column in all sections of the Trips Report Excel sheets (Including New Query, In Progress, Converted, etc.).  - Show the inviter details and last password change details on the User’s detailed page.  - During the copy option of Hotels with replacement on Quote, the AWED and CWEB are not updated according to the hotel specification. ## Release Notes
