Self-booked accommodations can now be added and shared, clearly marked for guests and suppliers. Reports now support customisable columns, presets, and filters for faster access. You can now filter and download Trips by destination or status type to get relevant data and reports. Other enhancements include quick add for travel activities, detailed Proforma Invoices, expandable cab details, and multiple trip source tags. Several minor fixes and usability improvements are also included. ## 1. Multipurpose Hotel Notes You can now add “Hotel Notes” either hotel-wise or room-type–specific or meal type, which are valid for a defined date range. This option is available along with the Hotel Details section. This feature allows the operations and admin teams to record specific notes applicable for certain dates. Self Booked Accommodation Details We have added a “Self-Booked Accommodation” option on the service booking page, as some customers book hotels independently (via third-party portals, loyalty programme bookings, or corporate tie-ups). Every team member from sales, reservation and operations team can add these details. Sales team add these details during quotation creation so that operations team can easily use for day to day planning. Operations team can also add or amend these details when receiving these details after conversion. ![Image Showing self booked accommodation option](https://sembark.com/assets/images/uploads/release-notes-1-163-self-booked.jpg) ### 2.1 Addition after Conversion from Bookings These self booked accommodation details are ready to be shared with your Transport and Activity supplier in the existing WhatsApp and Email sharing format during Trip Operations. When sharing with Guests, these details will be explicitly marked as **Self Booked** to differentiate them from your booking details. Custom Column report We have added the functionality of custom column in Trip check-in/check out report and Operation booking report. now, you can customise the reports as per your requirement and also save this report as a preset so you can easily use same preset in the future and In one click you can download the report. Trip Plan Request- Download Now, you can Filter and download the Trips on the basis of filters. Expand button for cab types in Quotation and Cab Schedules We have add a expand button for cab type in quotation & Cab schedules. Quick Add Travel Activity button To fasten the quote creation process when you need to add Travel activity on-the-spot, we’ve added a new “Quick Add” option. When the option is enabled (automatically enabled by system), you need to provide only minimal details (such as activity name, trip destination, tourist Age Configuration and ticket name). Trip Source Tag Multiple Assign Now, you can Assign Multiple Tags for a Particular Trip Source. By tagging we identify that from where we get this trip Source. Other Improvements - Issue on Quotation Page regarding the editing_total. - When uploading multiple rate sheets in Hotels and Activities, the error response will now include the file name as well as.
