Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, image optimization, and internal linking.
- Execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, outreach, and guest posting.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues.
- Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page speed.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360.
- Stay updated on the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates having exposure with travel & tourism industry
- Proficient in Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization strategies.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress management can be a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO.
