Position Details

Position:Search Engine Marketing Specialist
Location:Jaipur
Job Type:Full-time and Work from Office

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, image optimization, and internal linking.
  • Execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, outreach, and guest posting.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues.
  • Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page speed.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4  years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having exposure with travel & tourism industry
  • Proficient in Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization strategies.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress management can be a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO.
