Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT full time / intern roles.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to hire top talent.
- Review background check reports for candidates in the offer stage.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates.
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
- Handling database of the candidate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience at least 2+ years in recruitment with at least experience of closing 20 IT positions.
- Should be an expert in Manpower Planning and strong hands-on job portals.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High integrity and reliability; keen judgement and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and application tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
