Usually, people say that you cannot bottle lightning, yet during the 3 days of SATTE at the Yashobhoomi Convention Center, the travel industry saw that happening. And representing Sembark Travel Management at such a huge travel trade event was nothing short of electric.
From Feb 25th- 27th, all the cameras & eyes in New Delhi were fixed on the leaders of the travel industry as they are the one who carries the future of travel. As the gates of SATTE 2026 opened, Sembark Travel Management Software was not just another exhibitor, but a “digital transformer” leading traditional tourism into the modern & digital era of travel businesses.
While the industry at large was asking, “What is the next big thing in the Travel Industry?”, Sembark Travel CRM was busy building it. We did not just attend a travel expo; we went to a reunion of the travel fraternity. Here is how it unfolded.

SATTE (South Asia’s Travel & Tourism Exchange) has been the jewel of travel exhibitions in South Asia, and the 33rd edition broke all the past records. This time, the magnitude of the SATTE was a tribute to “Incredible India” growth story and revival of international tourism.

Stall C-01: A Digital Oasis in a Manual Desert
Spending a day at a massive trade show can feel like walking through an endless desert, with brochures, cards, and “corporate noise”. So, to save travel businesses from unwanted chaos, we designed our space to be more than a stall; to be a Digital Oasis.
It was a place where exhausted travel businesses could put down their heavy bags and find “cool” solutions to their most heated business problems. We did not merely show up with a sales pitch, but with a real product that solves real problems for travel businesses.

It was not just a behind-the-scenes style of executive management. The leadership team of Sembark- Mr. Shiva Garg (CEO), Mr. Rajat Sharma (CMO), and Mr. Anand Singh Shekhawat (MD) – were on the field from daybreak to dusk. They did not go there to sell; they were there to listen. But the real highlight was seeing our long-term clients. Listening to their stories about how Sembark supports their back-end operations or automates the manual part of their business, more easily added the real smile to each of our team members. Understanding how Sembark’s operational solutions are actually making an impact on efficiency, scaling, and growth from our existing customers is always the best part of our journey.
A stepping stone to future success
We left SATTE 2026 carrying a wallet full of business cards and a heart full of inspiration and satisfaction. The atmosphere was exciting, the feedback and the responses that we got were both instructive and humbling, and the new relationships we made were real and profound.
