Position Details

Position : Business Development Associate
Location : Jaipur
Job Type : Full-time and Work from Office

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth product demos for potential clients, showcasing the value of our B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Engage with leads generated from cold calling to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements.
  • Tailor product demos to align with the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with relevant information and progress updates.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales — especially in:

    • SaaS / CRM / Software product companies
    • Travel Tech (DMCs, GDS, or supplier aggregators)
    • Enterprise or SMB sales to businesses (not end consumers)
  • Experience in delivering product demos, preferably for B2B SaaS solutions.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s or MBA degree in Sales / Marketing / International Business / Travel & Tourism Management

  • Must be fluent with tools like Google Meet, CRM, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Strong product demo skills, good spoken English, ability to explain value in simple business terms
