Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth product demos for potential clients, showcasing the value of our B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Engage with leads generated from cold calling to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements.
  • Tailor product demos to align with the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with relevant information and progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the SaaS, hospitality, or tourism sectors.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in the B2B space.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience in delivering product demos, preferably for B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
