Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports, including key metrics like: First Response Time (FRT), B2B product Demo scheduling and attendance rates, Conversion metrics (e.g., Conversion% & TAT), etc.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations for the CEO to track sales team performance and pipeline health.
  • Use data insights to recommend process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Sales Operations Support:

  • Assist and lead in daily sales operations, ensuring seamless lead assignment, follow-up tracking, and workflow management.
  • Design and implement efficient processes within Zoho CRM to enable better lead tracking and management.
  • Monitor and maintain lead prioritization systems to optimize sales outcomes.

CRM Management:

  • Serve as the Zoho CRM expert, managing workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and hygiene in the CRM.
  • Train sales team members on effective CRM usage and best practices.

Strategic Enablement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales operations and achieve business goals.
  • Support the CEO in tracking the progress of each lead through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Assist in scaling workflows and automations to meet the needs of a growing sales team.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, including workflows, automations, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in creating reports and dashboards (Zoho Analytics preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the CEO and sales team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales operations.
  • Knowledge of other Zoho tools (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns).
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and best practices.
