Position Details

Position:International Growth Associate
Location:India
Job Type:India (with frequent international and domestic travel)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the founders to understand the sales strategy and target country's market dynamics.
  • Assist in laying the foundation for sales operations in the target country, including market research, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Accompany the founders on initial trips to the target country to establish connections, conduct meetings, and pitch our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
  • Independently manage sales activities in the target country, including cold calling, prospecting, and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Regularly lookout and attend industry relevant events in target countries for prospect identification and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them effectively.
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Travel to the company's headquarters in Jaipur for periodic updates, training sessions, and coordination with the team.

Requirements

  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally is must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including two trips of 15 days each in two months and occasional visits to the company headquarters.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate and express either Thai/Malay or Tamil is a plus (not-mandatory)
