Position Details

Position:Outbound Sales Specialist
Location:Jaipur
Job Type:Full-time and Work from Office

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to domestic and international industry events/cities to represent Sembark Tech and promote our B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings with potential clients and partners before, during and after the events.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of the prospects you meet.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, clients, and partners.
  • Gather feedback from potential clients and report back to the sales and product teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event-specific strategies and materials.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with relevant information and progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
  • Valid Indian Passport Holder and willingness to travel frequently for at least 15 days a month.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or tourism industry is a strong plus.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably within the SaaS, hospitality, or tourism sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with prospects, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product features in a way that resonates with a non-technical audience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
