Position Details

Position:Outbound Sales Specialist
Location:Jaipur
Job Type:Full-time and Work from Office

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and business opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation, branding, and content creation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and client acquisition.
  • Exposure to international sales is highly preferred.
  • SaaS software sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Zoho, and experience working with sales software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15-20 days per month.
