Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, emails, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and business opportunities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation, branding, and content creation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and client acquisition.
- Exposure to international sales is highly preferred.
- SaaS software sales experience is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Zoho, and experience working with sales software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel up to 15-20 days per month.
