Responsibilities:
Recruitments
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT full time / intern roles.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to hire top talent.
- Review background check reports for candidates in the offer stage.
Employee Engagement:
- Manage attendance, payroll and performance tracking.
- Performance discussions, Right expectation setting through Quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, peer review, assessment appraisal process, periodical employee development discussions and regular performance feedback.
- Resolving conflicts, employees management, Employee issues, grievances redressal
Learning & Development:
- Facilitate induction, onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Support continuous development and career growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience at least 3+ years in recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
- Should be an expert in Manpower Planning, Strong hands-on job portals, Employee Engagement.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High integrity and reliability; keen judgement and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and application tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
