Position Details

Position:Senior HR Generalist
Location:Jaipur
Job Type:Full-time and Work from Office

Responsibilities:

Recruitments

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT full time / intern roles.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to hire top talent.
  • Review background check reports for candidates in the offer stage.

Employee Engagement:

  • Manage attendance, payroll and performance tracking.
  • Performance discussions, Right expectation setting through Quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, peer review, assessment appraisal process, periodical employee development discussions and regular performance feedback.
  • Resolving conflicts, employees management, Employee issues, grievances redressal

Learning & Development:

  • Facilitate induction, onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Support continuous development and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience at least 3+ years in recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
  • Should be an expert in Manpower Planning, Strong hands-on job portals, Employee Engagement.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • High integrity and reliability; keen judgement and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and application tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
