Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Roadmap: Develop and maintain structured learning paths across three pillars: Industry Fundamentals, Platform Proficiency, and Role-Specific Skills.
- Learning Assets: Create micro-learning videos, step-by-step guides, quizzes, and in-app tooltips.
- Live Sessions & Workshops: Host weekly skill-deepening workshops, Q&As, and “lunch-and-learn” sessions; rotate guest facilitators.
- Mentorship Program: Pair new hires with experienced “buddies,” set up checkpoints at 30/60/90 days, and track progress.
- Knowledge Hub Governance: Manage our central Wiki/LMS (Notion, Google Drive, or similar), ensure content is current, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Metrics & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness (ramp-time, quiz scores, feedback ratings) and present insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Learning & Development, corporate training, or similar role at a tech-driven organization.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or travel-tech verticals will be preferred.
- Proven experience designing e-learning content and delivering interactive workshops.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex SaaS workflows.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Notion, Google Classroom, TalentLMS).
- Comfort facilitating across time zones and cultural backgrounds.
