Role Overview:
- This is a high-ownership CEO’s Office role for someone who can operate as an execution engine for the CEO.
- You will work directly with the CEO across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities - including business planning, cross-functional coordination, marketing initiatives, events, CEO-led projects, internal dashboards, research, fundraising support, special projects, and day-to-day execution follow-through.
- This role is ideal for someone who is structured, sharp, ambitious, and hungry to learn how a company is built from the inside. You should be comfortable switching between strategy and execution - one hour you may be building a tracker for a key initiative, the next hour coordinating with teams to move a project forward, and later supporting the CEO with a business review or investor-facing prep.
Responsibilities:
- CEO Bandwidth & Execution Support
- Work closely with the CEO to identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact initiatives
- Shadow the CEO on critical business projects and ensure follow-through on decisions
- Convert discussions into clear action items, owners, timelines, and review mechanisms
- PMO / Cross-Functional Program Management
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across teams
- Maintain action trackers, review cadences, dashboards, and project timelines
- Ensure alignment between CEO and execution teams
- Marketing, Events & Growth Coordination
- Work on CEO-led marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and brand-building activities
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders for campaigns, events, launches, and business development opportunities
- Help bring structure to growth projects that require multiple teams to work together
- Support planning and execution for offline and online brand-building activities
- Business Reviews, Research & Strategic Projects
- Prepare CEO review decks, business summaries, and decision-support documents
- Build business cases and structured notes for new initiatives
- Fundraising / Investor Readiness Support
- Support CEO with fundraising preparation, investor materials, data collation, and follow-ups
- Help organize business metrics, narratives, and operating updates required during fundraising cycles
- Internal Systems & Process Discipline
- Improve visibility across key priorities so CEO are not chasing updates manually
- Support better decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and structured updates
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a high-ownership role such as Founder’s Office, PMO, product, strategy, growth, consulting, operations, or analyst roles
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work directly with CEO and handle ambiguity with maturity
- Strong ownership mindset; someone who gets things done without excessive handholding
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, decks, trackers, data, and execution follow-up
- Ability to coordinate across teams and push projects to closure
- High curiosity, learning agility, and startup hustle
- Strong business judgment and attention to detail
- Prior experience in startups, founder-facing roles, product, growth, or strategy
- Comfort with data and analytics tools
- Exposure to CRM, marketing tools, dashboards, or project management tools
- Ability to create structure in fast-moving environments
