Role Overview:

  • This is a high-ownership CEO’s Office role for someone who can operate as an execution engine for the CEO.
  • You will work directly with the CEO across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities - including business planning, cross-functional coordination, marketing initiatives, events, CEO-led projects, internal dashboards, research, fundraising support, special projects, and day-to-day execution follow-through.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is structured, sharp, ambitious, and hungry to learn how a company is built from the inside. You should be comfortable switching between strategy and execution -  one hour you may be building a tracker for a key initiative, the next hour coordinating with teams to move a project forward, and later supporting the CEO with a business review or investor-facing prep.

Responsibilities:

  1. CEO Bandwidth & Execution Support
  • Work closely with the CEO to identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact initiatives
  • Shadow the CEO on critical business projects and ensure follow-through on decisions
  • Convert discussions into clear action items, owners, timelines, and review mechanisms
  1. PMO / Cross-Functional Program Management
  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across teams
  • Maintain action trackers, review cadences, dashboards, and project timelines
  • Ensure alignment between CEO and execution teams
  1. Marketing, Events & Growth Coordination
  • Work on CEO-led marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and brand-building activities
  • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders for campaigns, events, launches, and business development opportunities
  • Help bring structure to growth projects that require multiple teams to work together
  • Support planning and execution for offline and online brand-building activities
  1. Business Reviews, Research & Strategic Projects
  • Prepare CEO review decks, business summaries, and decision-support documents
  • Build business cases and structured notes for new initiatives
  1. Fundraising / Investor Readiness Support
  • Support CEO with fundraising preparation, investor materials, data collation, and follow-ups
  • Help organize business metrics, narratives, and operating updates required during fundraising cycles
  1. Internal Systems & Process Discipline
  • Improve visibility across key priorities so CEO are not chasing updates manually
  • Support better decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and structured updates

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a high-ownership role such as Founder’s Office, PMO, product, strategy, growth, consulting, operations, or analyst roles
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to work directly with CEO and handle ambiguity with maturity
  • Strong ownership mindset; someone who gets things done without excessive handholding
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, decks, trackers, data, and execution follow-up
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and push projects to closure
  • High curiosity, learning agility, and startup hustle
  • Strong business judgment and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in startups, founder-facing roles, product, growth, or strategy
  • Comfort with data and analytics tools
  • Exposure to CRM, marketing tools, dashboards, or project management tools
  • Ability to create structure in fast-moving environments

What Success Looks Like in This Role?

  • In the first 6–12 months, this person should:
  • Become a trusted execution partner to the CEO
  • Improve follow-through across strategic priorities
  • Bring better visibility and accountability across projects
  • Help CEO reclaim bandwidth from operational clutter
  • Support important initiatives across growth, events, execution, and fundraising
  • Build the discipline and rhythm that a scaling company needs

Why This Role is Exciting?

  • Direct exposure to CEO and core business decisions
  • Opportunity to work across multiple high-impact functions
  • Steep learning curve across strategy + execution
  • A front-row seat to scaling a high-growth, bootstrapped business
  • Ideal launchpad into future leadership roles in strategy, business, operations, or product

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Comprehensive training and development programs.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Opportunities for career growth within the company.
