Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers within the tour operator and destination management sectors in Delhi NCR/Kochi.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet them effectively.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Regularly update CRM systems with relevant information and progress updates.
- Regularly lookout and attend industry relevant events for prospect identification and presentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the travel industry.
- At Least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication both in Hindi/English along with the regional language and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to conduct market research for identification of prospects.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the location assigned and occasionally to the company's headquarters in Jaipur.
