This release introduces Activity Vouchers — a complete voucher generation workflow for trip activities — along with FOC (Free of Cost) support at both the activity and trip level. We have also added bulk assignment feature for Trip Plan Requests, making it easy to redistribute leads across your sales team. Several enhancements and fixes round out this update.

Version 1.173 brings three major additions along with several improvements across the platform. You can now configure Stop Sale and Blackout Dates at the hotel and room level to replace rate sheet workarounds with proper availability and rate validity controls. We have introduced Customer Payment Preferences to automate installment breakdowns based on trip timing, duration, and package value. And we have added Pick-up & Drop Location management for transport services and travel activities, ensuring precise location details flow through to service booking, sharing documents, vouchers, and reports. This update introduces comprehensive supplier payment preferences for transport and activities, enhanced quotation controls including flexible transport cost distribution and trip ID prefixing. We’ve improved payment gateway error categorization for better visibility, added category organization for inclusions/exclusions, and expanded trip source management with detailed pages. Account merging capabilities and several workflow improvements are also included.

This update introduces a powerful bulk payment clearance system that allows you to log multiple payments in a single transaction, streamlining your payment workflows. We’ve enhanced the Quotation PDF with pricing visibility controls and component-wise totals, added comprehensive report activity tracking for admins, and improved supplier management in operational bookings. Guest salutations are now supported system-wide, and several workflow improvements have been added across payment verification, templates, and reports.

This update enhances the Trip Sales Report with custom column presets and multi-month download capabilities, expands custom date downloads across all sales reports, and adds manual controls for transport service closing dates. We've also introduced a comprehensive sheet management system for cab metric pricing, allowing you to create, manage, and upload pricing sheets directly in the system or via CSV. Several workflow improvements and bug fixes are also included.

This update introduces a comprehensive multi-guest management system that allows you to add and manage multiple tourists for each trip, assign them to specific services and hotels, and share their details across all booking communications. We've also improved the Proforma Invoice with a dropdown for tax types and made task filters accessible to all users for better workflow management.

This update brings a new unified Supplier module to manage hotel and other service suppliers in one place, along with improvements to Trip check-in/out reports, Quote PDF pricing sections, and hotel's booking enquiry communication. Admins can now manage trips and sales assignments in bulk, while reports and downloads have been enhanced for better visibility and ease of use. Several workflow and usability improvements have also been added across booking, quoting, and trip management.

This release introduces currency configuration capabilities, enabling region-specific formatting, rounding preference, and solidus (/-) display. This is applied consistently across the entire software to ensure accurate and localised currency representation.

This release introduces major enhancements across Transport, Quotation, Security, hotel and Task Management modules. Some of the major updates include transport service editing, multiple transport service addition in one go, new cab cost metrics, cab capacity management, and improved multi-cab handling in a single service. System rate-change detection improves quotation accuracy, while destination-level child age ranges improve consistency across hotels . Task-assignment email notifications improve team communication, and admin-controlled 2FA strengthens account security. Several UI refinements, bug fixes, and workflow improvements have also been implemented for a smoother overall experience.

This release brings major enhancements to the Flight System with two new options for adding flights: Search & Add via API and Manual Entry. You can now seamlessly add One-Way, Round Trip, and Multi-City itineraries using either method. The API search auto-fetches flight details such as airports, terminals, travel class, and timezones, while still allowing full editability. You can also add new Airports and Airlines if needed. All added details—including baggage, fare type, and meal type—are fully shareable across WhatsApp, PDF, Email, Voucher, and Word formats.
