This release introduces Activity Vouchers — a complete voucher generation workflow for trip activities — along with FOC (Free of Cost) support at both the activity and trip level. We have also added bulk assignment feature for Trip Plan Requests, making it easy to redistribute leads across your sales team. Several enhancements and fixes round out this update.
Version 1.173 brings three major additions along with several improvements across the platform. You can now configure Stop Sale and Blackout Dates at the hotel and room level to replace rate sheet workarounds with proper availability and rate validity controls. We’ve enhanced the Quotation PDF with pricing visibility controls and component-wise totals, added comprehensive report activity tracking for admins, and improved supplier management in operational bookings. Guest salutations are now supported system-wide, and several workflow improvements have been added across payment verification, templates, and reports.
This update enhances the Trip Sales Report with custom column presets and multi-month download capabilities, expands custom date downloads across all sales reports, and adds manual controls for transport service closing dates. This release introduces major enhancements across Transport, Quotation, Security, hotel and Task Management modules. Some of the major updates include transport service editing, multiple transport service addition in one go, new cab cost metrics, cab capacity management, and improved multi-cab handling in a single service. System rate-change detection improves quotation accuracy, while destination-level child age ranges improve consistency across hotels . Task-assignment email notifications improve team communication, and admin-controlled 2FA strengthens account security. This release brings major enhancements to the Flight System with two new options for adding flights: Search & Add via API and Manual Entry. You can now seamlessly add One-Way, Round Trip, and Multi-City itineraries using either method. The API search auto-fetches flight details such as airports, terminals, travel class, and timezones, while still allowing full editability. You can also add new Airports and Airlines if needed. All added details—including baggage, fare type, and meal type—are fully shareable across WhatsApp, PDF, Email, Voucher, and Word formats.
