What if the AI reads something wrong?
Nothing is sent automatically. The imported package opens as a draft, with every hotel, transfer and activity listed for you to check. You change what's wrong, then share it.
Does it add the photos, or do I still have to?
Yes, for activities, sightseeing and transfers. Sembark pulls matching images from 3rd Party APIs, which are licensed for commercial use. Hotel photos stay in your hands: add your own or use the ones saved in your system. Any image can be replaced before sharing.
What can I import — PDF, Word, image, WhatsApp text?
Supplier packages as PDF, Word files, images and pasted text from email or WhatsApp.
Can I add my own branding and markup before sharing?
Yes. The imported package becomes your own quotation; your logo, your template, your letterhead, your markup - and the supplier's file is not what the client sees.
Does the imported package get saved for reuse?
