This update includes new features which provides agent tagging for better source/agents management and Quote PDF/Email template customizations to make the output more personalized and beautiful as per your brands.
Let's dive into more details.
Agent Categories or Acquisition method (Trip Source Tagging)
Admins can now create, edit, delete, and assign tags to trip sources for better organization. Tags appear as badges in trip details and can be viewed in agent drop downs during trip creation.
A new Tag column and filter is added to the Trip Source page (Admin only). Access tagging via the three-dot menu on the Trip Source page.
Use Cases:
Admin can assign Agent category like A, A+ and can be further used by team as per company policy.
You can add Tags with Exhibition names or other source by which Agent is connected with your company. Later it can be used in daily use and reporting.
Quote PDF/Template Customization
You can now personalize PDF itineraries with options like background opacity, section reordering, and sales title. The first page supports landscape (default) or portrait images with overlay styles (dark, light, none). Overlays display trip and sales info. A new branding/review page is added at the end. Image settings are available on the Trip Destination page.
1. Section Reordering in Quote PDF
You can now change the default ordering of different sections in Quote PDF using the PDF Template. Following sections can be reordered: Hotels, Transport/Activity Overview, Details Day wise Itinerary and Inclusion/Exclusions. To update these settings, please update your Quote PDF Template under the Organization > Repository > Email/PDF Template > Quote PDF
and click on Edit
button.
2. Full Page Destination Image with Overlay
If you want to showcase your first page as full image of a Destination, you can now upload a full page portrait image of your destinations. You can also keep the current landscape image for some destinations and the PDF Template will automatically handle the layout for you. In full page portrait mode, you have option to include a dark/light overlay to show the basic details of a package such as Guest Details, Trip Start Date and Duration etc. Use dark mode on lighter image and light mode on darker images. This overlay section is optional and can be removed if required.
3. Branding and Reviews Full Page Image
You can now add a full page image of customer reviews or your branding details on per-destination basis and Quote PDF template will automatically include the added image into the footer section of the PDF.
4. Branded Background and Sales Representative Title
You can now update the PDF template to add background color which matches your brand color (light shade). The default background is a lighter shade of gray. If you need to rollback, simply change the background opacity to zero to use the gray background.
Along with this, you can also customize the Sales Representative Title in the PDF output. This will update the default title (`Your Holiday Consultant`) to your desired one. You can also remove the title completely if required.
Other Improvements
We've improved the Sales Report in the Trips section by adding key financial metrics for better transparency and analysis. These enhancements provide a clearer view of profit margins and currency differences, helping teams make more informed decisions. Following new columns have been added:
- Cost Currency
- Profit Amount
- Profit Percentage
- Sell Currency
- Revenue (Sell Currency)
- Rate of Exchange (ROE)
We've updated the Operational Bookings Report (Monthly Overview download) in the Bookings section to provide deeper insights and improve operational tracking. These additions help streamline operational monitoring and provide a clearer picture of booking and payment statuses. Following columns have been added.
- Suppliers (Service wise unique suppliers) (OR- It is added when more than one unique suppliers are there) (+ - It is added when there are multiple suppliers in the service)
- Cab Number Plate (Name of vehicle & plate number will be service wised unique)
- Currency (for operational services)
- Pending Bookings (If no supplier is assigned to respective services)
- Pending Booking Amount (Amount of the services for which bookings are pending)( if in a service some cabs are booked and some are not then the amount of the not booked cabs will come in the sum)
- Confirmed Bookings (If supplier is assigned to respective services)
- Confirmed Booking Amount (Amount for the confirmed services)
- Paid Amount (Amount paid for the services)
- Due Amount (Amount due for the bookings)
