    Transport Services Edit, General Hotel Notes, New metrics, Multi cab Management in Single Service, and Cab Capacity

    This release introduces major enhancements across Transport, Quotation, Security, hotel and Task Management modules. Some of the major updates include transport service editing, multiple transport service addition in one go, new cab cost metrics, cab capacity management, and improved multi-cab handling in a single service. System rate-change detection improves quotation accuracy, while destination-level child age ranges improve consistency across hotels . Task-assignment email notifications improve team communication, and admin-controlled 2FA strengthens account security. Several UI refinements, bug fixes, and workflow improvements have also been implemented for a smoother overall experience.

    Advanced Flight System and Account Protection

    This release brings major enhancements to the Flight System with two new options for adding flights: Search & Add via API and Manual Entry. You can now seamlessly add One-Way, Round Trip, and Multi-City itineraries using either method. The API search auto-fetches flight details such as airports, terminals, travel class, and timezones, while still allowing full editability. You can also add new Airports and Airlines if needed. All added details—including baggage, fare type, and meal type—are fully shareable across WhatsApp, PDF, Email, Voucher, and Word formats.

    Travel Activity Bulk Disable,Trip Voucher Customisation, Trip Source Management & Transport and Travel activity logs

    This release introduces major updates to Travel Activities, including advanced filters, bulk enable/disable options, and ticket re-arrangement. Trip Voucher customisation now allows title editing, section rearranging, and A3 downloads. Admins can manage Trip Sources with new enable/disable and primary contact options. Logs are added for both Travel Activities and Transport Services to track changes. Additional improvements include safer quotation handling, voucher file naming updates, and UI/functional enhancements across dashboard.

    Multipurpose Hotel Notes, Self Booked Accommodation, Custom Column Report & Upgraded Proforma Invoice

    This update introduces multipurpose hotel notes that can be shared via WhatsApp, email, vouchers, or PDF. Self-booked accommodations can now be added and shared, clearly marked for guests and suppliers. Reports now support customisable columns, presets, and filters for faster access. You can now filter and download Trips by destination or status type to get relevant data and reports. Other enhancements include quick add for travel activities, detailed Proforma Invoices, expandable cab details, and multiple trip source tags. Several minor fixes and usability improvements are also included.

    Advanced Lead Assignment, Trip Plan Request Dashboard, Hotel Booking Sharing Via WApp

    We’ve added support for self-booked hotels, quick hotel booking enquiry sharing via WhatsApp, and a new trip-plan request dashboard (for integrated leads) with new filters with advanced auto lead distribution rules. The trip report has been upgraded with custom columns, team-level tracking, and zero-rate flight support in quotation.

    Task Management, Transporter wise Rates, OnTrip Changes, Rate compare in Profit Report, Hotel Entry Method

    This release introduces significant enhancements like reordering capabilities for transport and activities services in a day during quotation and inclusions/exclusions, along with automatic rate updates for cab bookings when service details change. Enhanced financial tracking now displays booking and paid amounts across operational bookings, while new Quick Add functionality for hotels simplifies hotel entry processes for faster quotation preparation. The quote email template has been improved with options to change the title of Accommodation section and package price displays.

    Component-wise Markup and Taxation in Itinerary Builder

    This release introduces 2 new quotation pricing strategies Per-Component (PC) and Per-Component Per-Person (PC-PP) in addition to the 2 existing pricing strategies Overall and Per-Person (PP). We have introduced enhanced pricing flexibility with markup and tax controls at the component level (hotels, transport, activities, extras). Taxes can now be applied either on Cost + Markup or on Only Markup, with component-specific tax rates. In addition to this, new quotations now support specifying tax on flights and rounding-off flight prices as well.

    This release introduces Bulk disabling of transport services with advanced filters and improved cab price handling, Transport service closing day warning and Package wil;l not saved . We’ve added a New Hotel Activity Log tab, Auto-set check-in/out times for hotel creation based on Destination, and the ability to download Word files of Trip Holding documents.Additionally, the Security Page under Profile Settings has been redesigned for a cleaner experience.

    Proforma Invoice Templates and Quote PDF Banners

    This release adds Proforma Invoice Template customization, including titles, default Terms and optionaly removal of HSN codes customization. The Duration formatting in Quote Transport and Trip Operational Bookings is now clearer and more consistent. Admins can also customize headers and footers banners visibility in Quote PDFs.
