This release focuses on improving reporting flexibility, data accuracy, and information control across the platform. You can now customise columns in the Hotel Check-in/Check-out Report, identify how cab types were created, control whether guest contact details appear in hotel Enquiry emails, and configure whether check-in and check-out timings show on trip vouchers. A comprehensive set of export fixes, currency formatting corrections, and permission improvements rounds out the update.

Customisable Hotel Check-in/Check-out Report
We have added Column Customisation to the Hotel Check-in/Check-out Report, giving you full control over which columns appear in the report. Alongside that, you can now generate reports for predefined time periods — such as the last 6 months or 1 year — or define any custom date range you need.

Accessing the Report
Navigate to Reports → Hotel Check-in/Check-out Report → Download Icon
Column Customisation
Once on the report page, open the Column Customisation option to select which columns you want to include in the report.
You can add or remove columns based on what is relevant for your current requirement — whether that is a quick check on today’s arrivals or a detailed monthly review for your operations team. The report will generate with only the columns you have selected, keeping the output clean and relevant.
Date Range Options
When generating the report, you now have two ways to define the time period:
Predefined Periods: Select from commonly used time ranges without manually entering dates:
- Last 6 months
- Last 1 year
- Other available preset ranges
Custom Date Range: Enter any specific start and end date to pull data for exactly the period you need — useful for month-end reviews, audits, or destination-specific reporting windows.
Cab Types Creation Method Indicator
We have added a Creation Method label for Cab types that tells you at a glance whether a Cab type was created manually or imported via a sheet upload. This indicator is visible in two places — the Quotation page and the Organisation Repository — so you always know the origin of each Cab type without having to investigate.

Where the Indicator Appears
On the Quotation Page: When reviewing or selecting Cab type within a quotation, the creation method label appears next to each Cab type, giving your sales team quick context on the source of the data.
In the Organisation Repository: Navigate to Profile → Organisation → Repository → Cab type
Each Cab type in the repository now displays one of two labels:
- Manual — the Cab type was created directly within Sembark by a team member
- Sheet — the Cab type was imported into the system via a spreadsheet upload
Guest Contact Details in Hotel Enquiry Emails
We have added a new control that lets you choose whether guest contact details are included in hotel Enquiry emails sent to suppliers. By default, guest contact details are kept hidden — they are only included in the email when you explicitly enable the option.

How It Works
When composing or configuring a hotel enquiry email, you will find a new option labelled Include Guest Contact Details.
- When disabled (default): The hotel Enquiry email is sent without any guest contact information. The hotel receives only the booking requirements — dates, room type, number of guests, and related details.
- When enabled: The guest’s contact details are included in the Enquiry email, allowing the hotel to reach the guest directly if needed.
Note: This setting defaults to off for every Enquiry. You need to actively enable it each time you want to share guest contact details with a hotel.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out Time in Trip Voucher
We have introduced a new setting in the Trip Voucher Template that allows you to control whether a hotel’s check-in and check-out timings are displayed on the trip voucher. This setting is configured in the Organisation Repository and applies to all trip vouchers generated using that template.

How to Configure
Navigate to Profile → Organisation → Repository → Trip Voucher Template → Edit
Within the template settings, locate the Hotel Check-in/Check-out Time option and set it to either:
- Show — the hotel’s check-in and check-out timings will appear on the trip voucher for guests to reference
- Hide — the timings will not appear on the voucher, keeping the document cleaner when timing details are not relevant or are communicated separately
Note: This is a template-level setting, so all vouchers generated using that template will
follow the configured behaviour automatically.
Outgoing Instalment Report
New Columns Added: Quoted/Selling Amount and Currency columns to the Outgoing Instalment Export Report for better financial visibility in exported data.

Other Improvements
- Currency Formatting in Installment Payment Modal: Fixed an issue where incoming and outgoing payment amounts in the Transactions section of the Installment Payment modal were not displaying correctly. Amounts now show in the correct local currency format.
- Hotel Check-in/Check-out Report — Filter and Label Fix: Corrected filter tracking for Hotel Name and Group Entry fields in the report, ensuring results accurately reflect applied filters. Also corrected the label for Locker Time.
- Group Name in Hotel Detailed Report Export: Added a new Group Name column to the Hotel Detailed Report export, making it easier to identify which group each hotel entry belongs to.
- Transport Report Export — Booking Status & Trip Starting Date Filter Fix: Fixed an issue where the Transport Report export showed incorrect data when filtered by Booking Status values such as Supplier Not Assigned, Unassigned but Not Booked, and Marked Booked, and also resolved an issue where filtering the export by Trip Starting Date returned incorrect data.
- Activity Report Export — Trip Search Filter Fix: Fixed an issue where the Activity Report export displayed incorrect data when the Trip Search filter was applied.
- Currency Formatting in Trip Check-in/Check-out and Profit Reports: Fixed currency display in both reports to correctly apply International and European currency formats where applicable, instead of defaulting to the Indian format.
- Sales Trip Report — Status Tracking Fix: Resolved an issue in the Report Tracking Module where the processing status for Sales Trip Reports was not displaying correctly. Status now updates and displays as expected.
- Add Price Advance — Page Reload Fix: Fixed an issue where reloading a page with the Add Price Advance option enabled incorrectly switched the whiteboard into Customised Mode. The system now correctly initialises in Auto Mode, ensuring the configured System Rate is applied.
- System Rate — Permission Enforcement Fix: Fixed a permission gap where users without the required access level could still modify the System Rate. Only authorised users can now make changes to the System Rate.
- Hotel Booking Export — Extra Sheet Pricing Fix: Fixed an issue where the Hotel Booking Export included Extra Sheet pricing in the downloaded Excel even when no extras had been added to the booking. Extra pricing now only appears in the export when extras are actually present.
- Travel Activity — Ticket Type Description Fix: Fixed an issue where the parent activity’s description was shown instead of the ticket type’s description when both existed. The correct ticket type (service) description now displays as expected.
- Zero-Day Hotel Extras — Date Display Improvement: Updated the display of Zero-Day Hotel Extras across WhatsApp sharing, email sharing, PDFs, and Entry Vouchers. Instead of generic labels such as First Night or Second Night, the actual service date is now shown, giving guests and suppliers a clearer reference.
