Follow-ups and Amendments

Keep leads warm with follow-ups and reminders, and amend quotes quickly over a call while preserving the full history.

After you share a quote, most deals are won in the follow-up. This guide covers logging follow-ups with reminders, and amending a quote quickly — even live on a call — while keeping a complete history.

Log a Follow-up

Every time you speak with the client, record it. On the trip’s details page, the follow-ups panel is on the right. Click Add Comment, write what was discussed, and click Save. The latest follow-up also shows on the queries listing under the In Progress tab, so a lead never goes cold unnoticed.

You can also attach Tags to a query (from the tags UI in the header) to categorize interested or non-interested leads and filter them later.

Reminders and Notifications

To be reminded about a follow-up, set a Due Date and time when adding it. You receive a follow-up reminder email 30 minutes before the due date and time.

TIP

Reminders only fire when the follow-up is scheduled at least 30 minutes in advance — a reminder set for sooner will not send an email.

Amend a Quote over a Call

Plans change mid-call — a different hotel, an extra night, a revised price. To edit, simply click on the Edit Quote and everything is pre-filled, so you adjust only what changed and save — fast enough to do while still on the call. The flow is the same as creating a quote.

Full Quote History

Because each amendment creates a new quote instead of overwriting the old one, every version stays on the trip. You can compare options, reopen an earlier quote, and later convert using any quote — not just the latest. Nothing the customer was offered is ever lost.

Done

You can now keep leads warm and revise quotes on the fly. When the customer says yes, move to Conversion.
