Converting a trip is only half the job — collecting the balance on time protects your cash flow. As a salesperson you track every collectable from one dashboard.

Incoming Payments Dashboard
Open Accounting > Incoming Payments to see all collectables from guests and B2B agents in one place. A package amount is split across instalments with due dates, and the dashboard surfaces upcoming, overdue and paid instalments — it also highlights live and about-to-start trips that still have dues.

Log and Verify Collections
Open an instalment and log the collected amount with its date, payment mode and accounts. Logged payments show as Paid (Unverified) until your accounts team verifies them, so collection and verification stay separate but visible to everyone — including operations, who confirm no payment is pending before the trip starts.

Filters and Downloads
Filter by Payments For (Hotels, Transports, Activities), by destination, or exclude on-hold booking payments. Trip Reference ID and guest details appear as their own columns. Download instalment lists as Excel — up to 500 rows per download, so apply filters for larger sets.

Automated Reminders
With the Payments by Sembark gateway, reminders go to clients automatically for pending instalments, and intent capture tells you when a client starts paying — cutting down manual follow-up calls.

Done
You can now track and close every remaining payment. The last part of the sales role is coordinating the live trip — see Tour Co-ordination.
