Payments by Sembark is a payment gateway solution that automates your payment collections. Instead of sharing bank details and waiting for transfer confirmations, every quotation, voucher and invoice you create carries an embedded payment link — and collections, confirmations and receipts happen automatically.

It works for both B2B (agents) and B2C (direct customers) setups, with no technical integration required — onboarding works directly with your existing workflow.

How It Works

  1. Set instalment rules — define the instalment percentages you collect from clients. Rules can be edited anytime or adjusted per quotation. These work alongside your customer payment preferences.
  2. Share pay-ready quotations — payment links are embedded automatically in every quotation, voucher and invoice you share.
  3. Client pays online — clients pay via credit/debit card, UPI, Netbanking and other methods.
  4. Instant confirmation and tracking — you receive an instant email update on payment completion, and the trip’s payment records and reports update in real time.
  5. Auto-generated receipts — clients can download their payment receipt themselves with one click.
  6. T+1 settlement — collected payments are settled to your bank account within one working day.

  • The system automatically sends payment reminders to clients for pending instalments, reducing delays without manual follow-up calls.

Payment Dashboard

Track all gateway payments, instalments and pending collections from a centralised dashboard — full visibility for admins, and deal-wise visibility for each salesperson. Gateway collections appear alongside your regular incoming payments for a complete cash-flow picture.

Failed and Cancelled Payments

When a payment does not complete, the dashboard categorizes the failure so you know what happened:

  • Cancelled — payment timeout or cancelled by the client.
  • Failed — payment declined, authentication failed or technical errors.
