How do I drop a hotel booking?

To drop a hotel from a trip:

  1. Open the specific Trip ID.
  2. Go to the Service Booking section.
  3. Change the status to Dropped for the hotel you want to remove.
  4. The system asks whether you want to replace the hotel:
    • To replace it, click Replaced and enter the new hotel’s details.
    • To remove it without replacement, click Dropped — the hotel is marked as dropped.
