How do I cancel a hotel refund installment that was already paid?
A refund installment usually means the package price was changed after the hotel was booked and the payment was logged. To resolve it:
- Revert all the paid payments.
- Go to the booking and re-enter the original (booked) amount.
- Return to Accounting — the refund payment disappears.
- Go back to the booking and update it with the correct price.
- Log the payment again.
