How do I drop or cancel a trip?
To drop a trip:
- Go to Service Booking and remove all hotels associated with the trip.
- Unbook all transport providers for the trip.
- Unbook any activities linked to the trip.
- Once all bookings are removed, click the three-dots menu and select Drop the Trip.
- If there are cancellation charges, enter the amount and provide the reason.
- Confirm to drop the trip.
