How do I drop or cancel a trip?

To drop a trip:

  1. Go to Service Booking and remove all hotels associated with the trip.
  2. Unbook all transport providers for the trip.
  3. Unbook any activities linked to the trip.
  4. Once all bookings are removed, click the three-dots menu and select Drop the Trip.
  5. If there are cancellation charges, enter the amount and provide the reason.
  6. Confirm to drop the trip.
