How can I track how many leads each salesperson brings in?

If field salespeople generate leads that your operations team then enters into the system, you can still track them:

  1. Create a dummy user with the name of the salesperson.
  2. When adding a new query, select this dummy salesperson in the user option.
  3. In the reports, both names appear — the actual user who entered the query and the dummy salesperson — so you can track leads per salesperson accurately.
