Why does login show an Invalid Credentials error?

You get this error when the email or password is incorrect:

• If you forgot your password, reset it.
• If you think the password is correct, check that you typed the email address correctly. You can confirm your correct email with the admin of your Sembark account.
• If both are correct, make sure you are using the correct login link.
