Why does login say my account is disabled?

There are two common reasons your account shows as disabled:

  1. Disabled by an admin. Your account was disabled (temporarily or permanently) by your team’s account admin. Contact your manager or account admin for resolution.
  2. Subscription overdue. Our background process periodically checks the subscription and payment status and disables access if charges are overdue. If you are an Account Admin, contact our support team immediately. Non-admin users should contact their manager or account admin.
