How do I drop a past trip?

To drop a past trip:

  1. Go to the Past Trip stage and click the relevant Trip ID.
  2. Open All Quotes, then Edit Quote.
  3. At the top, click Edit Basic Details, select a new travel date, and save the quote.
  4. In the Services Bookings section, drop the hotels.
  5. In the Operational Services Bookings section, unassign the suppliers.
  6. At the top, click the three dots next to the Converted label and select Drop Trip.
