Notify by Sembark is an add-on that automates customer communication over WhatsApp — booking confirmations, payment reminders, vouchers and trip updates go out automatically at the right moments, instead of your team typing them manually.

How It Works

  1. Activate and set up — enable Notify, connect the WhatsApp API and configure your account settings.
  2. Configure triggers and templates — define key events across the booking lifecycle and set up personalized message templates for each.
  3. Auto triggers run — the system sends real-time updates at key stages: booking confirmation, payments, vouchers and upcoming trip reminders. Vouchers, invoices and travel documents are shared automatically.
