How It Works
- Activate and set up — enable Notify, connect the WhatsApp API and configure your account settings.
- Configure triggers and templates — define key events across the booking lifecycle and set up personalized message templates for each.
- Auto triggers run — the system sends real-time updates at key stages: booking confirmation, payments, vouchers and upcoming trip reminders. Vouchers, invoices and travel documents are shared automatically.
