After a trip is converted, all quoted transport and activity services automatically become operational bookings. The Tour Operations module gives your operations team a complete picture of what needs to be booked, assigned and shared.

Tour Operations Calendar
The operational calendar combines cab schedules and activity/ticket bookings in a single view. Stats show booked and pending counts across both service types. A single day cell shows the first item with additional items in a tooltip; clicking a cell shows all services for that day and trip.

A filter lets you view only trips starting on a selected date, and you can navigate between days with arrows or the date picker.
Single Day View
Click any date to see all cab schedules and activity bookings for that day — an overview of cabs and tickets, a detailed list, and download options. Filter by service type (cab/ticket) as needed. You can also manually re-order a day’s services to match the actual movement plan.

Assign Suppliers and Drivers
Assign transporters, drivers and activity suppliers to services individually or in bulk:
- When assigning multiple same-day bookings to the same driver, the system shows the driver’s existing assignments to prevent over-assignment.
- Update suppliers for transport and activity services across multiple trips from a single day view, with filters for destination, service city and valid drivers.
- Remove suppliers from multiple bookings in one go by unselecting during assignment.
- Add remarks, internal team comments (never shared with customers) and confirmation details (driver, cab, PNR/Ticket ID) — these flow into vouchers and communications.

Multi-Cab Services and Capacity
For services with multiple cabs, manage each cab individually — pickup time, duration, remarks, internal comments and even a per-cab confirmation number which appears at cab level in the Trip Voucher. Cab capacity (with child age thresholds) can be defined in master data, and the system warns during quotation if seating is insufficient.

Pick-up and Drop Locations
Maintain precise pick-up/drop locations at the location level or per service, including dynamic options like the check-in/checkout hotel. Locations appear in WhatsApp/email sharing, trip vouchers and operational reports, with cab-wise customization for multi-cab services.

Keep Bookings in Sync with the Quote
When a quote is updated after conversion, unbooked services auto-update while supplier-assigned bookings are preserved for manual review. Use Sync Bookings with Quote to manually sync, and the Quote Booking Diff listing to find mismatches.
