Customers often ask for multiple package categories (e.g. 3 Star / 4 Star, or Deluxe / Luxury / Premium) before deciding. Instead of creating separate quotes, you can create a single quote with 2 to 6 options, each with different hotels and meal plans. The system auto-calculates option-wise prices.

Create Options
While creating a quote, add package options and configure each option’s hotels. To speed this up, copy hotels from one option to another using one of the change types:
- Change Hotels — same stay plan, different hotels
- Change Meal Plan — same hotels, different meal plan
- Custom Change — full manual control

Similar Hotel Options
Within a single option, you can also attach Similar Hotel Options for the same night and location. Prices are auto-calculated based on the highest-priced option, and hotel names can automatically include a “/Similar” suffix (with a per-quote override).

Hover over any hotel price to see its bifurcation (per-room, extra beds, CNB etc.) without entering edit mode.
Sharing and Conversion
Quote sharing (WhatsApp, Email, PDF) presents all options with their prices, including option-wise pricing with hotel details. When using the Per-Component markup strategy, component-wise breakup sharing is also supported with multiple options.

During conversion, select the option the customer finalized. After conversion, only the selected option remains editable.
