Lead Integrations

Connect your website, Meta Ads, Google Ads and chatbots to receive leads directly in Sembark

Bring leads from all your acquisition channels directly into Sembark. Integrated leads land in the Trip Plan Requests module in real time. API Integration is enabled for all accounts by default.

API Integration (Websites and Landing Pages)

  1. Visit Organization Settings > Integrations and click New Integration.
  2. Provide a name and description, then copy the generated access token.
  3. Forward your form submissions to Sembark’s Trip Plan Requests API via HTTP POST using the access token in the Authorization: Bearer header.

The API accepts fields such as name, phone_number, destination, comments, number of nights and multiple destinations. Pass a unique client_request_uid (e.g. email or phone) to prevent duplicate leads.

Ready-made guides exist for WordPress form plugins (WPForms, Formidable Forms, Elementor Forms, Fluent Forms, QuForm, MetForm, Hustle Popup), Google Forms (via Apps Script) and BotPenguin chatbots — see the integrations section on our website.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

Connect your Facebook pages and ad accounts so leads from Meta lead forms flow into the dashboard in real-time via webhooks, supplemented by periodic syncing to cover platform outages. A manual re-fetch is also available. Meta leads integration is billed separately.

Integrate the Google Ads Lead Form extension from Organization > Settings > Integrations to auto-import campaign leads.

After Integration

  • Configure auto lead distribution rules so leads reach the right salesperson automatically.
  • Tag, follow up and move leads to trips from the Trip Plan Requests dashboard.
