Travel Activities and Tickets

Manage activities, ticket types, closing days and configurations

Travel Activities cover guided tours, entry tickets, adventure activities and similar services with per-ticket pricing. Add them manually, via CSV upload, or during quotation with Quick Add (activity name, destination, age configuration, ticket name).

Activity Details

  • Ticket types — multiple tiers per activity (standard, premium, VIP). Each ticket type can have its own image (with a fallback to the activity image). A single duration applies per activity — if you need multiple durations, put them in the ticket type name.
  • Age configuration — child age ranges per ticket; children outside the ticket age range and not complimentary are auto-assigned adult tickets so everyone is allocated. Group tickets auto-generate their configuration during quotation.
  • Short codes[[Code]] in the service column for internal reference; visible during quotation and passed to operations, never shared externally.
  • Slot timings — select time slots during quote creation; included in vouchers, PDFs and operational documents. Start times show in the quotation PDF.
  • Closing days — set closing days of week and date intervals via CSV (e.g. (Mon, Tue) and (1 Apr 2026 - 4 Apr 2026)) or manual entry; quotation and booking warn when an activity is closed.

Management

  • Filters and bulk actions — filter by rate expiry, entry type (manual/sheet/mix) and destination; bulk disable/enable; re-arrange tickets.
  • Disable/enable — disabled activities leave existing usage intact with a disability badge and disappear from selection menus; re-uploading auto-enables.
  • Activity log — track who created/updated the activity and uploaded rates.

Activities can be quoted standalone (including multi-day) without linking to a transport service. For supplier assignment and booking flow after conversion, see Activity Bookings. For rates, see Rates and Seasons.
