Sales, Reservation and Operations team members can add self-booked hotel details to a trip’s bookings. Provide the property and stay details as booked on the external platform.

When these details are shared with guests via WhatsApp or Email, they are clearly marked as Self-Booked, so the guest knows the booking source.
Why Use It
- The trip voucher and operational documents stay complete with all stays.
- The operations team has full visibility of where guests stay each night, which also appears in transfer service schedules.
- Costs remain trackable against the trip for accurate profit reports.
