Itineraries are reusable day-wise templates — titles, descriptions and images — that power the day-wise schedule in your quotes. They are linked to transport services and activities, so selecting services during quotation auto-generates the customer-facing itinerary.

Manage Itineraries
- Create itineraries with day titles and rich-text descriptions using the editor (bold, italic, lists, links, headings — with keyboard shortcuts).
- Add images to itineraries; they appear in Quote PDFs (ensure you have usage rights for gallery images).
- Itinerary descriptions can be set on transport services too (including via Quick Add during quotation).

Usage in Quotes
During quote creation, each day’s itinerary is auto-filled from the selected services’ templates. The sales team can edit any day’s content per quote without affecting the master template. A toggle can exclude the full itinerary from quote sharing and trip vouchers when not needed.
