Transport services (transfers, sightseeing routes etc.) and cab types drive the transportation part of your quotes and operations. Add them manually (single or multiple in one workflow), via CSV upload, or on-the-fly during quotation with Quick Add (From, To, destination, service name, itinerary description).

Two Ways to Store Cab Pricing
Sembark supports two modules for storing your cab services, matching how transport is contracted in different regions:
- Service-wise (Point A to B) — fixed services with defined routes (e.g. “Airport to City Hotel Transfer”), each priced per cab type and season. Best when suppliers quote per route.
- Metric-wise — composable pricing built from metrics such as Per Km, Per Night, Driver Allowance, Per Adult, Per Children, Parking, Days etc. The cab price calculator combines these metrics (with reusable presets) during quotation. Best when suppliers bill by usage.
You can use both side by side — service-wise for standard transfers, metric-wise for custom routings and multi-day usage.

Bulk Data Entry — CSV and On-System Sheets
Two ways to add and maintain data in bulk:
- CSV upload — the classic route: prepare rate sheets offline and upload them.
- On-system sheet editor — an Excel-like view inside Sembark to create and edit data in bulk without leaving the system. Sheets are organized in folders, with dropdowns for cab types, metrics (with presets) and seasons with date ranges. The editor lets teams view diffs between versions, track full change history, and cross-verify the latest records — with version comparison and rollback — bringing Excel-style management and the system into one view.

Transport Services
- Route points — define start (A) and end (B) points; maintain precise pick-up/drop locations at location level or per service, including dynamic options like the check-in/checkout hotel.
- Start time and duration — defaults that auto-populate cab schedules after conversion.
- Images — included in Quote PDFs and operational documents.
- Short codes — add internal reference codes with
[[Code]]in the service name (e.g.City Transfer [[SC01]]). Visible during quotation, never shared with customers or suppliers. - Closing days — set closing days of the week and specific date ranges, via sheet upload or manual entry. The system warns and prevents saving a package when a service is closed on the selected dates.
- Editing — edit services directly (name, distance, duration). Name edits mark the service as disabled in existing quotations; other edits auto-update everywhere.
- Reordering — reorder services to control their order in quotation dropdowns.
- Filters and bulk actions — filter by rate validity, entry type (manual/sheet), status and destination; bulk disable services; download as Excel.
- Activity log — a Log tab tracks all modifications on the service detail page.

Cab Types
Manage cab types (WagonR, Innova, AC Bus, …) from Organization > Repository. They are listed alphabetically and support:
- Short codes —
Innova [[INV01]]for internal contracting reference. - Capacity — define seating capacity and complimentary child age with
Cab Name {{3 Pax}} {{4y+}}format in sheets or manual entry; the quote warns when seating is insufficient. Only age and capacity values are allowed inside{{}}brackets. - Archival — archive unused or duplicate cab types.

Suppliers, Cabs and Drivers
- Suppliers — create transport suppliers with booking ledgers and payment preferences. Suppliers can also be enabled for activity/ticket supply.
- Cabs — individual vehicles with license plates and capacity.
- Drivers — name, phone and details, assignable to schedules.
