Download reports for trips ending in a selected period with revenue, actual profit and supplier booking details. Filter by team, destination and source; future incomplete trips can be filtered via the advanced filter. Use these to identify your most profitable trips and improvement areas.

Trip Check-In Reports
Download reports for tours starting in a selected month/week/day, with hotel-wise check-in/check-out details, package due/paid amounts and package rate of exchange (ROE). Columns are customizable with savable presets, and multi-month downloads are supported (large reports arrive via email; rate-limited to 5 downloads per 30 minutes).

Trip Profit Report
Per-trip cost/profit report (downloadable once all services are booked) including trip overview, quotation details, booking status and payment status. Columns include Cost Currency, Profit Amount, Profit Percentage, Sell Currency, Revenue and Rate of Exchange, plus Sales/Reservation/Operation team columns.

Profit calculations handle multi-currency sales correctly — the package amount is computed in the costing currency using the quotation’s exchange rates. Quoted prices auto-sync when a quote is updated after conversion.
Sales Profit Bifurcation
Sales report downloads can include profit bifurcation per service type and total margin percentages.
