Share with Guests

Share transfer details (cab, driver, pickup time) with guests directly from the operational bookings. The shared message can include:

  • Hotel check-in/checkout and stay details
  • Trip arrival and departure details
  • Activity details with timings and slots

You can share transport service details with guests before a driver is assigned for advance communication, and follow up with driver details later.

Share with Suppliers and Drivers

Share booking enquiries and confirmed schedules with transport and activity suppliers via WhatsApp and Email — individually or in bulk. Supplier-facing messages include service details, pax and timing.

  • Optionally exclude guest personal details when sharing with suppliers/drivers.
  • A contact number priority setting on supplier contacts ensures the preferred phone number appears in the Trip Voucher for each operational service.
  • Hotel stay details appear in the service schedule popup so drivers know pickup points.
