Share transfer details (cab, driver, pickup time) with guests directly from the operational bookings. The shared message can include:

Share with Suppliers and Drivers
Share booking enquiries and confirmed schedules with transport and activity suppliers via WhatsApp and Email — individually or in bulk. Supplier-facing messages include service details, pax and timing.

- Optionally exclude guest personal details when sharing with suppliers/drivers.
- A contact number priority setting on supplier contacts ensures the preferred phone number appears in the Trip Voucher for each operational service.
- Hotel stay details appear in the service schedule popup so drivers know pickup points.
