Activity Vouchers provide a dedicated voucher generation workflow for activities added in quotations. Generate, download and share activity vouchers directly from the Service Booking page — with full support for QR codes, ticket numbers, PNRs and file attachments — instead of relying on manual workarounds or external documents.

Voucher generation is only possible for confirmed bookings
Before you can generate a voucher, you must assign a supplier to the activity and mark it as booked. The Generate Voucher button will not appear until then. See Activity Bookings.
Clicking Generate Voucher first shows a summary of the activity details — activity name, number of pax, supplier name, timing, duration, and activity start and end time — before you proceed.
Upload Methods
Choose how ticket or QR information is attached to the voucher.
Attach File
Use when you have a ticket or booking confirmation saved as a file.
- Select the Attach File option.
- Upload your file(s) — PDF, PNG, JPG and JPEG are supported, single or multiple at once.
- Click Generate Voucher.
If you upload multiple files, the downloaded voucher is packaged as a ZIP file.

Upload QR
Use when you have individual QR codes or ticket numbers for members.
- Select the Upload QR option.
- The Activities Included section lists all sub-activities under the parent activity — select the ones to include.
- For each activity, fill in the voucher validity, remarks, confirmation number / PNR / ticket number and the number of members.
For each member’s ticket, either scan a QR (allow camera access and point at a QR from any image or PDF — the ticket number/PNR fills in automatically) or upload a QR image (JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF — the PNR/ticket number is extracted automatically, with an optional remark per upload).

Member counts must match
The number of tourist names and ticket/voucher numbers you can add is determined by the Number of Members you select.
Voucher Preferences
Before generating, you can:
- Remove Branding — strips the header and footer branding for a clean, non-branded voucher PDF, useful when sharing with guests.
- Terms and Remarks — add notes that apply to the complete parent activity voucher.
After Generation
Back on the Service Booking screen, three options appear on the activity:
- Download Voucher — download directly; multiple files come as a ZIP.
- Voucher Pending — mark or send the voucher.
- Regenerate — replace or update the voucher.

Regeneration
Click Regenerate to update an existing voucher — previously uploaded files and QR data are shown with an “Already Uploaded” indicator. Remove old uploads, add new files or QR uploads alongside existing ones, then generate again. Works for both upload methods.
Where to Find Generated Vouchers
- Service Booking page — download directly from the activity.
- Docs section of the trip — one combined voucher covering all activities in the quotation plus separate individual vouchers per activity. These can be copied, downloaded as PDF or downloaded in Word format.

Supported Ticketing Scenarios
Activity Vouchers handle the full range of real-world cases:
- Single QR, multiple members (names known) — e.g. a group ticket QR listing 4 named guests.
- Single QR, multiple members (names not available) — member names are not mandatory; the voucher still generates.
- Individual QR per member — e.g. a Burj Khalifa booking for 5 guests, each with their own QR.
- Single ticket, multiple activities, separate QR per activity — e.g. a Jaipur City Tour covering Amer Fort, City Palace, Albert Hall and Hawa Mahal, each with its own QR.
- Single ticket, multiple activities, separate QR per member per activity — the fully itemized case.
