Dashboard, Notifications and Global Search

Your personalized dashboard widgets, the notifications center and global trip search

After login, your dashboard gives you a personalized overview of your day based on your role.

Dashboard Widgets

  • Sales Overview — monthly/weekly/today sales stats for team admins and the sales team.
  • Follow-ups and Reminders — pending and completed follow-ups sorted by Today, Yesterday, Next 7 Days and Past 7 Days. Admins and team managers can view follow-ups of all team members with per-member filtering.
  • Starting and Ending Trips — trips starting and ending, filtered by Today, Yesterday, Next 7 days and Past 7 days; click any stat to see the full listing.
  • Live Trips with Due Payments — live and about-to-start trips with pending collectables, so nothing starts unpaid.
  • Quote Booking Diff badges — reservation/operations dashboards show difference counts on the Hotel Bookings and Cab Schedules cards.

The top navigation bar also shows the count of follow-ups pending for today for quick access.

Notifications

The centralized notification center collects all your workspace notifications — new integrated leads, task assignments, report completions and more. New notifications are checked automatically in the background, and a red dot shows the unseen count.

Use the search bar in the top navigation to find any trip by its Trip ID across all stages. Archived data (old cancelled/completed trips) can be included via the fresh/archival data toggle in Global Search and Advanced Filters.

What’s New

After every software update, the What’s New button in the top navigation (highlighted for a couple of minutes) opens the latest release notes — also available anytime from the top-right menu.
