Trip Destinations are the regions/circuits you operate (e.g. Rajasthan, Kerala, Bali). Almost everything in Sembark — leads, quotes, rates, reports — is organized around them. Manage destinations from Organization > Repository > Trip Destinations.

Destination Settings
Each destination carries defaults applied across the software:
- Images — landscape and full-page portrait images with optional dark/light overlay, used as Quote PDF covers. Non-branded variants can be uploaded for non-branded PDFs. A customer reviews/branding page image can be added per destination for the PDF footer.
- Support contact numbers — included in vouchers and post-conversion communications.
- Maximum child age — enforced during query creation and quotation.
- Standard child age ranges — automatically inherited by hotels (override per hotel if needed).
- Default check-in/check-out times — e.g. 12:00 / 11:00, auto-applied to new hotels on upload and customizable per hotel.
- Addresses, bank accounts and brands — destination-wise addresses and bank accounts make invoices and vouchers regionally correct.

Disable and Re-enable
Disable destinations you no longer operate — they disappear from selection menus while historical data stays intact. A disabled destination can be re-enabled by updating it or creating a new destination with the same name.
