When you integrate your website landing pages, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads or Google Ads Lead Forms with Sembark, those leads are collected in the Trip Plan Requests module. You can access it from the top navigation under Trips > Trip Plan Requests.

These integrated leads are not automatically moved to your leads management because most of them require a follow-up call to collect missing details such as destination, expected start date and pax details. Once you have these details, you can move a lead to trips with one click.

Dashboard
The Trip Plan Request dashboard gives you an overview of your integrated leads:
- Total leads received
- Active and pending follow-ups
- Leads moved to trips
- Archived leads

You can apply advanced filters for trip sources and sales persons, and download lead reports filtered by destination and status.
Follow-up Notes
You can add follow-up notes to any lead, with optional due dates and a resolved status. When a lead is moved to a trip query, its notes are automatically carried into the trip’s Tasks & Comments so no context is lost.

Tags
Assign tags to leads (e.g. hot, spam, tier-1) to categorize and filter them during follow-ups. Tags are also included in the downloaded reports.

Auto Distribution of Leads
Instead of manually assigning every lead, admins can configure rule-based auto distribution from Organization > Repository. Rules support multiple conditions:
- Trip destination
- Number of adults / group size
- Trip duration
- Campaign and lead source

Leads matching a rule are distributed among the selected team members in a round-robin manner. You can create multiple rules and reorder them to control priority. Team members on leave can be excluded from distribution.
Bulk Assign Leads
To reassign many leads from one sales person to another (e.g. role changes or team member exits), use the bulk assignment option. Filter the leads by date range, destination, team member or lead type, then select the new owner. Leads from deleted team members can also be reassigned. A confirmation with the exact lead count is required before the change is applied.
