Trip Sources (B2B Agents and Channels)

Manage B2B agents and lead channels with contacts, billing details, tags and ledgers

Trip Sources represent where your business comes from — B2B travel agents, online platforms, campaigns and direct channels. Every query is attributed to a source, powering source-wise reports and B2B accounting. Manage them from Organization > Repository > Trip Sources.

Source Details Page

Each source has a detail page with four tabs:

  • Details — name, addresses and contacts.
  • Trips — all trips from this source filtered by stage (New Inquiry, In Progress, On Hold, Converted, On Trip, Past, Canceled, Dropped).
  • Payments — outgoing and incoming payments with the source.
  • Accounts — accounting accounts for B2B sources.

Contacts

Add contact/enquiry persons with designations; mark one as primary so it appears first and auto-selects during query creation. For B2B sources, an email icon in listings reveals the source’s contact email.

Billing Details

Attach billing details (address, GSTIN etc.) to B2B agent sources — used automatically when generating Proforma Invoices.

Tags

Create and assign multiple tags per source (e.g. platinum, regional) — visible in the agent dropdown and usable in filters.

Team-Level Access Restrictions

Trip Sources are valuable business assets — admins can restrict which teams or users can view a given source. With restrictions in place:

  • Only the assigned teams/users see the source in query creation, listings and filters; everyone else simply does not see it.
  • Admins keep full visibility and control over the source’s access list.
  • Sensitive B2B agent relationships stay compartmentalized, reducing the risk of data leaks when team members change roles or leave.

Housekeeping

  • Merge duplicates — select duplicate sources, choose the primary, verify and merge; data is consolidated.
  • Enable/disable — disable sources that no longer send queries; they disappear from query creation but stay in reports and filters for a month, and can be re-enabled anytime.
